Rachael Cook
Rachael L. Cook (born October 4 in 1978) is an American actress. She has starred in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995) and She's All That(99) as well as Josie and the Pussycats (2000), as well as in the television series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice and also in Robot Chicken's and She's all That (1999), respectively. The series began with the English version for Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Cook is the daughter Thomas Howard Cook, a comedian and former social worker, as well as JoAnn Cook who is a weaver and instructor of cooking. Cook is part Italian. Cook first appeared in an advertisement for public service in foster care at seven years of age. She started working as a young print model at 10, appearing in nationwide ads for Target as well as appearing on boxes of Milk-Bone dog biscuits. Cook was educated at Clara Barton Open School and Laurel Springs School. She also was a student at Minneapolis South High School.
